SHIPPING

We ship to all mainland UK addresses excluding the Scottish Highlands for a flat fee of £10 on all orders of £100 or less.
Orders of more than £100 will be delivered free of charge. If you would like to place an order but live outside of this delivery range please get in touch.

Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered next working day. Any orders placed after this will be delivered within 2 working days.

STORE POLICY

The wines available through this site are all made by small independent growers who work without the use of lab bred yeasts or chemicals and the majority are not fined, filtered or processed. They could be very different to what you are used to from that particular region or grape variety. If you have any questions then please contact us before ordering.

We do not accept returns but if you have any questions or concerns about your order then we are here to answer any questions.

PRIVACY

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third-parties, except when required to by law.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
